Vitaly Rudenko

Vitaly was appointed COO in November 2006. As COO of Rambler Media, Vitaly’s role is to co-ordinate operational activities and to manage and integrate business acquisitions. He most recently held the position of Business Development Director at JSC AEK Dynamo (“Dynamo”), the leading Russian producer of electrical equipment for transport, where he was responsible for business restructuring, acquisitions and new projects development. Prior to his work at Dynamo, Vitaly was as an Analyst for FMC Securities and Creditanstalt Investment Bank, a Senior Auditor for Arthur Anderson, and an Economist for Rossiysky Kredit Bank. He is ACCA affiliate and graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute and the London School of Economics.
