Chief Technical Officer

Maxim joined Rambler in March 2008. He is responsible for the management and operations of Rambler Media’s technical systems and his primary objective is to optimise the performance of Rambler’s internet sites.

Before joining Rambler Media, Maxim Konovalov was Director of the IT department of Comstar Direct, the leading ISP based in Moscow as its Director. Prior to this, he was the head of MTU-Intel’s (as Comstar- Direct was previously named) Telematic Department, before becoming their Operational Director.
